In a recent announcement, Bloom Living, a venture by Bloom Holding, Abu Dhabi, has been launched in Abu Dhabi. The venture will be an all inclusive and fully-integrated community project.
To be built over a massive 2.2 million square kilometers, the premium gated community will feature more than four thousand homes, including townhouses, villas and apartments, based on the requirements of the residents. The home will be custom-built to accommodate the varying needs of different generations of buyers.
The architecture of the project has been inspired by the Mediterranean, and combines rustic vibes with modern amenities. The names of the community’s different neighborhoods have also been finalized in keeping with the theme. Phase-1 of the project has accordingly been named “Cordoba”.
Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 inspiration for developer
The Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 roadmap has been used as an inspiration by Bloom Living, and encompasses diversity, inclusivity and a high standard of living. These will all combine to help achieve sustained economic development.
Bloom Living promises to bring together residents of all ages and cultural ethnicities to blend and deliver a habitat that promotes human connection at its core. The proposed Town Center at Bloom Living will feature a shopping plaza with eateries and retail outlets for the pleasure of both residents and visitors alike.
The CEO of Bloom Holding, Carlos Wakim was stated as saying that the launch of Bloom Living was a significant achievement for Bloom Properties. He also said that the company aims foster community living which goes well beyond just a gated community. Wakim additionally said that the project will feature a range of amenities, services and facilities for the residents. The town center will also be within walking distance for all residents. He added that visitors will also be welcome to the community.
The Town Center is slated to have a healthcare facility amongst others, thereby ensuring that residents of the community have access to everything they needed without having to leave the community. All the facilities and amenities offered will be within walkable distance for all the residents of Bloom Living.
In addition to all the modern facilities offered at Bloom Living, the project will also feature two international schools, within walking and cycling distance of all the residences.
The focal point of the project will be the lake at the center of the community. The lake has been designed to be a communal meeting place for the residents, and also serve as a place for walking, jogging or cycling. Being the epicenter of the project, the lake will be connected to all amenities and neighborhoods in the project. The lake will also promote peaceful and serene living for all the residents, enhancing Bloom Living’s commitment to promote well-being and health.
The starting price for residences at Bloom Living are from AED1.5 million onwards. Attractive payment plans have been designed to attract a diverse range of clientele. Wakim stated that Bloom Living is a representation of the modern-day Abu Dhabi, combining technology with nature, while adhering to the highest standards of quality.
Bloom Living is scheduled to be built in various phases, and Cordoba, the first phase is scheduled for completion in 2024.
