Businesses lookout for new and innovative solutions that drive sales ad build a solid customer base. The latest version of WhatsApp Business API targets the needs of the companies worldwide to help them connect with the customers quickly in a seamless and safe chat conversation.

On Wednesday, the F8 conference by Facebook presented keynotes of the Business. The company informed that it would prioritise technologies that scale up the Businesses and developers through its social media platforms. The conference highlights were Business messaging, Facebook business, augmented reality, and AI and ML. The social media platform also announced other AR based filters during video calls on both Instagram and Messenger that significantly enhance the multiplayer online gaming experience.

Additions in WhatsApp Business account:

Fast Processing:

The company made the platform time-efficient by reducing the time consumed for setting up the account and running it from weeks to just five minutes. The company offers a quick and straightforward way for the customers to build conversation directly with the company; the upgrades will enhance the customer relationship with the businesses and helps to solve customer’s queries effectively.

Informative:

Customers often face challenges communicating with the company primarily due to the pandemic, and there are fewer physical stores for businesses to deal with customer complaints. The instant messaging platform enables enterprises to meet the customer’s expectations by offering timely updates regarding the products and services. Customers can receive additional information from businesses.

New messaging features:

The new features in the WhatsApp business account have ten pre-defined messages that eliminate the fuss of typing every time. Through their API account, the Business can set up a selection option for the customers from which the customers can tap and select up to three alternatives. Additionally, the platform has various ways to send feedback for the businesses and reasons to block them.

This system will increase user engagement and click-through rates. The rough roads in the last year elevated the need for seamless online communication to ensure quality customer engagement.

WhatsApp business account includes a host of tools that help businesses analyze and measure metrics and performance. WhatsApp Business downloads have been 18 million times across Google Play & App Store in January 2021.
