Citi has launched a new mobile application in Latin America that enables suppliers access to working capital through enrollment in its Citi Supplier Finance domestic programs.

To get the better of the novel coronavirus pandemic, Citi is driving the digitization of transaction banking in LatAm with access to better digital solutions. The app provides complete visibility of receivables for discounts, transaction history, and payment status, along with a seamless connection and user-friendly interface. The app will also cater to companies’ needs for electronic onboarding services.

Launched for Android and iOS platforms earlier this month, the app makes it to Brazil, Paraguay, El Salvador, Peru, and Honduras, with future plans to launch their services in other countries of the region. Currently, the Citi Supplier Finance programs are supporting several corporate clients and over 18,000 suppliers across Latin America.Mauricio Tarazona, Latin America Trade Working Capital Finance Head, has expressed his excitement of launching the app and helping suppliers across Latin America, saying that they have been showing their customers and their suppliers of supporting their business needs in the past months.
