Zain Kuwait receives a Marketing Campaign Management System, executed by Nexign – a multinational provider of business support systems (BSS). The former is one of the leading service providers in the Middle Eastern telecom industry.

The Marketing Campaign Management System by Nexign was completed through the collaboration with Turkcell Technology (Turkey), a congregated telecom and technology service provider. The executed system allows Zain Kuwait to facilitate focused services to an array of its consumers and enhance subscriber preservation and loyalty.

Zain Kuwait’s Marketing Campaign Management System

The new-fangled Marketing Campaign Management System is a is business intelligence-integration solution for versatile management of campaigns during the consumer lifespan. It delivers to the management selection rules to outline target sectors and communication networks to schedule, track, and execute the tasks of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Campaign Management System allows the firm to enhance response rates and facilitate more effective sales and marketing endeavors.

The Channels Management Manager at Zain Kuwait, Mohammed Hussain Al Hamdan, stated that the firm took pride in the customer-centric approach of its business and wished to guarantee utmost loyalty and gratification to its subscribers. Al Hamdan stated that the Marketing Campaign Management System facilitates the provision of the firm’s necessities of ensuring Zain Kuwait’s business maturity via the flexibility of the system.

The Chief Customer Officer at Nexign, Dmitry Antipov, stated that the Marketing Campaign Management System is an important landmark in constantly expanding the firm’s multinational presence. Turkcell Chief Information Officer, Serkan Öztürk, stated that Nexign’s expertise in BSS integration and development coupled with Turkcell Technology’s broad knowledge of the market will facilitate an abundance of profitable results. Öztürk stated that the management system will aid the operating firm to deal with the tasks and trials associated with its customers’ needs.
