In a recent partnership, Alter Domus and #Yardi will work together towards improving servicing opportunities related to real estate investors.
California-based Yardi provides development and support to investment management software for the real estate sector.
The decision will help #Alter Domus to streamline reporting for cross-border real estate investment structures bridging the entire value chain covering assets to investors. Further, Yardi solutions will be planted into the provider’s Global Real Estate Solution in order to offer a suitable reporting and data environment for debt products and real estate equity.
In a statement, head of real estate at #Alter Domus, Anita Lyse said that the partnership will be driven by globalization of real estate assets resulting in complex data management and property investment structures. Data quality is crucial for effective administration and asset servicing across borders, she added.
