Seera Group, a leading provider of diverse travel services in the Middle East and Africa (MENA) region, and Flyadeal, the low-cost airline of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom’s third-largest carrier, have signed a partnership agreement to directly integrate company’s booking engines with Flyadeal’s reservation system.

Seera is the first ever travel company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to sign a direct integration partnership agreement with Flyadeal. The brand-new partnership establishes a direct channel for Almosafer, the leading digital travel brand in the GCC, and serves as the single umbrella travel brand under the group. This includes selling a full range of product offerings involving transportation services, including carriage by air, ground/sea transportation, hotel reservations or car rentals, seat selection services, pre-order meals and SMS services.

The direct integration would support efficiency by streamlining the process to make modifications to bookings while reducing the time it takes for manual tasks by Seera representatives.

The CEO of Seera Group, Majed Alnefaie stated that Flyadeal is a significant partner for the company and that the team is pleased to be the first in the Kingdom to sign a direct integration partnership agreement with the Seera Group. The customers of the group can now gain from the wide range of offerings from Flyadeal and a smoother ticket issuing process. Alnefaie further states that he has no doubt that this agreement with Flyadeal captions the foundation of a very fruitful, mutually beneficial partnership. In future, the companies intend to work together to ensure the best experiences and value for their customers.

Con Korfiatis, the CEO of Flyadeal, said that this is a distinctive partnership for the company, which would enhance multiple options to customers through the umbrella of a strategic partnership with Seera. The company is currently the leading publicly listed travel and tourism operator in the Middle East. Korfiatis added that the agreement will contribute to improving the travel experience and reaching new customers from a wider segment locally and internationally, by providing better options and more flights to travel on the Kingdom’s latest low-cost airline network. He further added that he is optimistic about the success and growth of this cooperation, notably as it serves customers and enhances the travel experience in the future.

Flyadeal’s products would be first available on Almosafer’s omnichannel consumer platforms followed by its government and corporate platform during the later part of the year. To reflect the needs of the customer and to ensure the Group remains future-set, Seera constantly enhances its digital offerings.
