Arada Properties, a property development company based in Sharjah, has revealed its second residential segment – Kaya, of its forest-themed lifestyle community – Masaar. The mega community is situated in the Al Suyoh suburban district of Sharjah. Kaya will encompass 421 villas and townhouses and was conceived after a staunch demand for houses grew in the first segment of the AED 8 billion (USD 2.18 billion) Masaar community project.
Arada Properties’ forested lifestyle mega community in Sharjah
Constructed to enhance healthy and proactive living which is harmonious with nature, Masaar was released to the public in January 2021. The project serves 4,000 intricately designed villas in 8 gated residential units. All the units are huddled around a ‘green spine’ encompassing a plethora of outdoor and sporting amenities alongside 50,000 trees.
Homes at the new-fangled Kaya boast spellbound five-bedroom luxury villas to two-bedroom townhouses. The housing units are constructed around the traditional Sanskrit Vaastu Shastra philosophies, which allow architecture to be integrated with nature and the universe. These philosophies allow inhabitants to benefit from increased positivity and wellness in their lives.
The newly designed homes at Kaya will facilitate a novel experience for its residents. These experiences will be brought about via a premium five-bedroom Kaya Forest Signature Villa established on three floors, along with a swimming pool and a lift included as a basic element. The second floor of the Kaya Forest Signature Villa boasts an expansive master suite that is inclusive of a pantry, a large terrace, and living space. Additionally, all properties that overlook Masaar’s green spine will contain rooftop terraces through which inhabitants will be able to drink in the views of the forested community.
Every Kaya home has been constructed to incorporate the natural surroundings within the house, whilst safeguarding the privacy of its inhabitants. Every Kaya home has direct accessibility to green parks that are also inclusive of natural factors like trees.
The Kaya edifice construction will start in H2 of 2022 and it is expected to be completed by the closing of 2023.
Arada Properties is also facilitating novel facets to the Masaar master blueprint, which is inclusive of dual 6.6-kilometers cycling and jogging tracks, which are spanned across woodland areas planted at the edge of the facility. Both the professional tracks are expected to see completion in Q2 of 2022, along with the launch of the Masaar Experience Centre and show villa.
Masaar translates to ‘path’ in Arabic. The Masaar community project spans over a 19 million square feet master plan that has been intricately designed to allow its inhabitants to allow them to adopt a healthier and nature-tuned lifestyle.
Families inhabiting Masaar will witness a tranquil yet world-class lifestyle, with a great number of green spaces for activities like picnics, running, forest walks, cycling, and meditation. Arada Properties has already announced facets that are inclusive of a 5-kilometer entwined cycling track through the insides of the community; 9 parks that encompass sport and swimming pool facilities; a children’s adventure playground; a food truck park and a skatepark.
As a faction of Arada Properties’ aim to develop its establishments responsibly, the Masaar green spaces will be irrigated via the community’s treatment plant that generates recycled water. An advanced irrigation system will deliver water distribution to inhibit the amount of water required. The system will also check for leaks and losses in the system to adhere to Arada Properties’ principles of sustainable living.
The green spaces that are dubbed to be forested in Masaar will be grown using an amalgamation of species that are native to the United Arab Emirates. Lush green trees and plants will together facilitate a micro-climate that subsidizes a recession in temperature, thus demolishing cooling costs within Masaar.
